As the saying goes:
Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy , wealthy and wise
This book has proved it to you.
This book has been written perfectly and it was born out of the necessity of someone who was going through a hard life and has hit the bottom rock and went to his lowest point in life. It is a gift to me and you. To learn from the mistakes of others and replicate their success and improve accordingly.
The book mainly revolves around six lifesavers as the writer tells us about it. The word S.A.V.E.R.S stands for:
Let’s look at how each of the lifesavers is discussed by the author:
1.S for Silence
You can learn more in an hour of silence than you can in a year of books.
Purposeful silence helps in freeing up your mind from stress and makes you peaceful and calm with yourself.
It comes in so many forms which you can practice your silence during your miracle morning.
You can do the following activities during your purposeful silence in no particular order.
- Deep Breathing
So now you have the freedom to do which activity first.
2.A for Affirmation
Its the repetation of affirmation that leads to beliefe.Once that belief becomes a deep convition, things begin to happen.
Affirmation is one of the most effective tools for quickly becoming the person you need to be to achieve everything you want in your life. The author talks about how it has changed his life with the example of his friend.
Having daily affirmation can help you develop successful life and accelerate your success even to greater heights.
It will program your subconscious mind and remove your limiting belief. He gives the following steps to create your own affirmation.
- what you really want
- why you really want
- who you are committed to being to create it
- what you are committed to doing to attain it
- Adding inspirational quotes and philosophies
3.V for Visualization
See things as ou would have them be instead of as they are.
Visualization is also known as a mental rehearsal. It is the process of imagining exactly what you want to achieve or what you want to become in the future, your dreams, goals and ambitions. Then, you mentally rehearse what you will need to do to achieve or attain it.
Visualize how your future is going to look like. Then the author goes ahead and gives simple steps for visualization:
- Getting ready
- Visualize what you really want
- visualize who you need to be and what you need to do
One of the most effective ways to do visualization is by creating a vision board. You should act according to it as vision boards are dreaming, action boards are for achieving.
4.E for Exercise
If you dont make time for exercise, you will probably have to make time for illness
Exercise s good for the body and at least its recommended 20minutes of exercise a day.
It makes you more energetic and the author refers to celebrities who start their day with exercise have seen tremendous results.
5.R for Reading
a person who wont read has no difference over one who csnt read
Reading to the mind is what exercise is to the body. we become what we read. By reading you are improving your thought process and expands your thinking capacity.
It has lots of benefits and whatever topic you have in mind there are books for it. Be it entrepreneurship or personal development. In the book, it is recommended to read 10-15minutes each day which is approximately 10pages.
Achieving mastery in an area requires repetition.
6.S for Scribing
Idea can come from anywhere and at any time. The problem whith making mental notes is that the ink fades very rapidly.
The book recommends writing down every day in the form of journaling. This helps you keep track of your daily life and you will be accountable to yourself if you miss it anytime.
Review your journal every day to see what improvements, goals or even achievements you have made.
The miracle morning has a way for you to customize and personalize your lifesavers to fit in your lifestyle:
